UAE National Debate Team

Chosen from 700+ debaters, I have been part of the UAE National Debate Team (team of 5) since 2022. When I first joined, at 15, I was the youngest member on the team! I have been honored to represent my country at the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC) in the Netherlands (2022) and Vietnam (2023). In 2022, we were the first ever UAE team to reach top 16 in WSDC Debate and also were the highest ranking team in the MENA region. In the Pre WSDC tournament, 2023, I placed as the second best speaker in the entire tournament.
